Cette contravention s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 150 euros.<br \/>\nLa transfert des personnes en \u00e9tat d&rsquo;ivresse au commissariat ou \u00e0 la gendarmerie a un co\u00fbt pour les collectivit\u00e9s locales. Orl\u00e9ans avait \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re ville \u00e0 faire payer les personnes en \u00e9tat d&rsquo;ivresse dans l&rsquo;espace public d\u00e8s 2015 (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseau-vivre-la-ville.fr\/?p=1464\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">notre article<\/a>). D&rsquo;autres villes ont suivi : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ouest-france.fr\/sante\/addictions\/alcool\/saint-malo-jusque-270-eu-d-amende-pour-une-ivresse-publique-5382981\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Saint-Malo<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/flash-actu\/2018\/03\/29\/97001-20180329FILWWW00078-pau-la-police-municipale-va-faire-payer-aux-ivrognes-leurs-frais-de-transport.php\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Pau<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/actu17.fr\/castres-police-municipale-facturera-120-euros-transport-a-lhopital-cadre-dune-ivresse-publique\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Castres<\/a>&#8230;<br \/>\nCette d\u00e9cision de faire payer les personnes en \u00e9tat d&rsquo;ivresse (pollueur &#8211; payeur) a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e conforme \u00e0 la loi par la cour administrative d&rsquo;appel de Nantes au printemps 2017.
